We ordered a takeout meal of Crazy Kebab Chicken Curry and Lamb Kadai with Garlic Naan bread. Rice was complementary. Meal was delicious and flavourful and the portions were generous. The service was friendly and prompt. We had a great experience.

Enjoyed our first meal at Crazy Tandoor with a large group. Restaurant was full and also lots of people ordering take aways. My chicken was tender and well flavoured, decent amount of meat/sauce ratio. Others at our table also very happy with their meals. Service was very pleasant. Only suggestion is that it was very noisey. Perhaps something on the walls to help deaden the noise? We are locals, first time there, will definitely return.

Tasty, super fresh & piping hot! We ordered takeaway right before closing as a quick stop on a road trip one night. Even though it was so late the staff were still so lovely. The butter curries and garlic cheese naans were made to order. Everything was exceptionally great tasting and very generous portions. Highly recommend!

Ordered an early dinner from these guys while in Waihi for business on a Sunday evening. I grabbed a Kadai Paneer and some poppadoms. The Kadai was so flavourful, decent serving size, and had plenty of paneer in it. The gravy was thick, super tasty full of veges, herbs and spices. I really enjoyed it! Would recommend, I’ll definitely be back to try some more of their yum .

We stopped on our way at Crazy Tandoor after a fun filled day at the beach. We found them to be friendly and received super fast service. The food was amazing and we enjoyed our time with 5 kids in tow. Will definitely come again.

Amazing cuisine with a wonderful variety of flavours and beautifully balanced combinations. It was our first experience with Indian food, and we were pleasantly surprised by how rich and delicious everything was. We tried the chef’s signature lamb masala — incredibly tender and served in a fragrant, full-bodied sauce. Simply outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and the service was top-notch. The dishes are not overly spicy, but if you enjoy a bit of heat, you can always ask for it. Highly recommended!
